Erica Shirey

In early 2019, I represented a couple as buyer's agent when they purchased a 1907 barn in Saugatuck Township, MI. My contractor husband, Mark Shirey, won the bid to transform this barn into a residence, and I was asked to design a custom ceramic tile surround for the bathroom. The project turned out beautifully and was featured in the July-August 2020 issue of Country Living magazine article entitled
